Rotational liner: Yes, as of 2021 the Rampage comes with MIPS.

Ventilation: There are 11 vents and channels to keep your head as cool as possible.
Padding: This helmet uses a standard full-face padding layout consisting of an absorbent and lightly padded helmet liner and a couple of cheek pads to stabilise it on your head.
